Vomitory is a Swedish death metal group that has been around 15 years already but I had not listened to it before this record (usually I don't listen to bands in this genre). The record didn't offer any surprises. There is nothing new in this album for the genre but I suppose that fans of Vomitory won't be disappointed with the album.

This is a typical death metal record with intensive drumwork and heavy guitar riffs. But, for a fan of more melodic metal the record has not much to offer. If you want to see the band playing they will be on "No Mercy" festival tour with Cannibal Corpse and Hypocrisy in 2004.
