Jörn Lande is one of today's best AOR singers. He has been called the new 'David Coverdale', which doesn't surprise me (afterall Jörn has sung in the Snakes). The Devil's Hall of Fame is quite a dark metal album. Songs are good, so there's nothing to complain about them... but some things could have been done better. For example, the beginning of 'the Devil's Waltz' is quite annoying.

At the moment this is the only record Beyond Twilight has done... and I must admit that I did have quite high expectations for it (mainly because of Jörn's presence). But this record proved to be good... not excellent but good dark atmospheric metal album.

One of 'The Devil's Hall of Fame's drawbacks is also the short length (a little bit over 45 minutes). But the ending of album is done well. 'Perfect Dark' is quite good ending for this album... So if you like dark atmospheric metal (and Jörn's singing) you should check out Beyond Twilight.
